ROLLOVER Bus and Truck Wash

Clean Air Technologies 3-Brush Roll-Over Vehicle Washer features excellent quality wash results and the flexibility of washing various vehicle sizes and configurations. The machine can wash a bus in under 3.5 minutes and a full Tractor-Trailor in under 8 minutes. Framework structure is made of galvanized steel so they're rugged, durable and designed to withstand the harshest environments.

Operation

System is pushbutton activated or it can start automatically with the optional Auto-Start System (vehicle sensor and traffic light). When activated, the top brush lowers and the machine begins traveling towards the front of the vehicle. The top brush washes up the front, along the top and down the rear of the vehicle while the side brushes wash the sides. Detergent is applied during the first pass. On the return pass, the brushes counter rotate and continue rotating while machine rinses. Once the cycle is completed, all brushes retract out of the way to allow the vehicle to be driven away.

15ft. + longest vehicle to be washed

Width:
21ft. - (18 ft. min.)

Height:
System to wash vehicles up to 12' high vehicles - 17ft.
System to wash vehicles up to 14' high vehicles - 19ft.

Utility Requirements:

Electrical:
Provide main service (3 phase, 208/230 volt, 30 amp) to washbay as shown on drawings.

Water:
Provide 1" main cold water line @ 50psi to washbay as shown on drawings.

Compressed Air:
Provide ½" air line @ 100psi to washbay as shown on drawings.
